How to Order Pre-Made / Stock Items
Ordering is simple, just click on the 'Add to Basket' button of the item(s) you wish to purchase. Your shopping cart will automatically be updated with each purchase. If you change your mind, you simply need to view your cart and delete the item from there. Once you are happy with the order please checkout by pressing the 'Pay-Now' button, you will be directed through to Paypal automatically so that you can pay for your items. Once payment has been processed you will then return to Chunkle-Munkle.
How to Order Custom Made Items
We believe that the personal touch is one of the things that keeps Chunkle-Munkle popular and approachable. Please e-mail me at sarah@chunkle-munkle.co.uk with your order requirements and your ideas, we simply take it from there. I will be able to advise you on fabrics and designs if you do need help. Once your unique product has been chosen and the the quote accepted, I will set up a "buy it now" for you .
We are more than happy for you to send us your own fabric if you have a particular one at home that you prefer.
The concept of Chunkle-Munkle is that you will receive an item that has been made to your specifications, exactly as you want it. I pride myself on giving customers the service that I would expect to receive myself.
Payment Options
Our preferred method of payment is Paypal. It's simple to do, secure and free. Paypal accepts most major credit/debit cards. However we are also able to discuss other arrangements, such as a bank transfers or postal orders and we can even arrange a lay-away in certain circumstances.
Delivery
All pre-made/shop items will be dispatched to you within 3 working days.
We aim to despatch all custom made items within 28 days, but in every case we will try to get your order to you as quickly as possible. Please also be aware that certain fabrics have to be ordered from international suppliers and with that in mind some specialist fabrics may take a little longer to get to us.
I always say to allow anything up to 8 weeks to dispatch of any custom made item's just in case any unaviodable delays occur.
The majority of orders are now sent via a courier service , However we also use Royal Mail's recorded delivery & special delivery services.
**Items are shipped according to the address in the Paypal transaction.
Please ensure that your mailing address is correct.**
International Orders
For international shop sales actual shipping charges are higher than what is shown on your order as our postage rates are callculated for within the UK, we will contact you to discuss the actual charges. We realize this may be an incovenience for our international customers, but we will do everything we can to come to a solution that is beneficial for both parties. If we cannot come to an agreement, your full purchase price will be refunded.
With custom orders the actual shipping cost will be included within the quote. We are not accountable for any customs taxes, duties or charges; they are your sole responsibility.
Returns
In the unlikely event that you are not happy with your order please contact us as soon as possible so that we can rectify any issues. We offer a full refund on items if they are returned to us within 7 days and the item is unused, unmarked and in its original condition and packaging with label attached.
Please note: personalised products cannot be returned unless they are faulty.
Should you need to return any purchase please ensure that you email us in the first instance so that we can work together to resolve the issue, all feedback is very important to us.
When returning an item please: Obtain proof of posting. We cannot accept responsibility for any items lost in transit.
We DO NOT refund return postage costs.
Order cancellations (custom made items)
We offer a full refund within 24 hours of ordering, after this a 25% administration cost will be deducted. This is to cover any costs we may have incurred due to ordering in fabrics etc.
