Why Chunkle Munkle?
Quite simply it was, and still is, my little name for my daughter Daisy.
When I was trying to think of a name for the business it just kept popping into my head. It was obvious from that point that it was just perfect to name my new venture after my beautiful little girl.

Using my years of dressmaking experience I designed and made the first ever Chunkle-Munkle cosytoes for myself, and on our first trip out it received lots of flattering comments and attention. Within a short space of time I was inundated with orders for cosytoes and accessories to match.
The rest, as they say, is history.

Each and every product is hand made by me and is closely inspected for both quality and safety reasons.
Prior to Chunkle-Munkle I ran my own bespoke dressmaking business for over 18 years. I made a wide variety of items ranging from wedding dresses to stage outfits for the Royal Ballet. But sadly nowadays I barely find time to take up my partner's jeans!

Chunkle-Munkle has grown so much in the last few years and now offers a range of ready-made items along with the custom made items that are made to your exact requirements. You just need to choose the fabric and style.
The majority of my orders come from repeat business or recommendations from previous customers. I am especially proud of this as Chunkle-Munkle is still a relatively new business, and to have this validation is amazing.
We also now sell our products worldwide and I am extremely proud and honoured to have my work featured in an Australian calendar
